A twist on the classic Bloody Mary…and perfect for the brunch crowd!
Ingredients
3 oz. vodka
2 cups tomato juice
a pinch adobo powder
a pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon
5 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 clove garlic
1 heaping Tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
6 small pickles, 6 cherry tomatoes, and extra bacon slices to garnish
Steps:
- Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, Adobo powder, horseradish, the juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of salt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Pour hot sauce onto a plate.
- Pour crumbled bacon and the remaining salt on a second plate; mix well.
- Roll the rim of your glass first in hot sauce, then in salty bacon bits.
- Fill the glass with ice and 1.5 oz. of vodka.
- Top with the blended mixture.
- Garnish with pickles, tomatoes, and a slice of bacon. Enjoy!
