Ingredients
- 4 ea chicken sausage
- 4 ea hot dog buns
- 6 ea baby carrots, cut lengthwise into thin slices
- 1 ea celery heart stalk, trimmed and thinly sliced into half moons
- Chunky blue cheese dressing
- Frank’s hot sauce
- Wet naps on the side
Preparation
- Grill chicken sausage to packed instructions or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
- Toast the buns on the grill, about 15 to 30 seconds on each side.
- To assemble, place chicken dogs in the bun, drizzle with hot sauce, spoon on blue cheese and top with slice carrot and celery slices.
