Ingredients
- 3 oz blooming jasmine tea
- 1 oz Hendricks gin
- 2 dashes Grapefruit bitter
- Splash soda water
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Tbsp Lavender juniper berry simple syrup
Preparation
- Bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon juniper berries and 6 lavender buds to a simmer
- Gently stir until sugar is dissolved
- Let simmer for 5 minutes
- Turn off heat and let cool
- Remove lavender and juniper berries
- Place one blooming flower tea ball in a clear, medium to large sized glass teapot or tempered glass pitcher
- Bring the water to a full boil
- Pour water into teapot
- Let jasmine bloom undisturbed for 5 to 6 minutes
- Let the tea cool in the teapot
- In a small pitcher, add all ingredients with ice and stir
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Serve with a lemon twist
- To make Non Alcoholic eliminate the gin
