Ingredients
- 1 blood orange, sliced and charred
- Half stack lemongrass, slice into 3 in sticks
- 3 to 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Half of a pear, sliced in ½ slices
- 2 strips of orange peel
- Edible flower
- Vodka
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a porthole infuser, you can use a pitcher, jar etc.
- Fill with vodka, until all ingredients are covered with alcohol
- Place in freezer for 48 hours
- To serve: In a rocks glass, add a sphere ice cube
- Pour 1 oz of infused vodka over ice
- Garnish with any remaining ingredients
- Optional: Add 1/2 oz of simple sugar, squeeze of lime and a splash of club soda
