Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Sake
- 1/4 oz coriander simple syrup
- 3 dashes of yuzu juice
- Splash of soda
Preparation
- In a small sauce pan, on high heat, add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water
- Bring to a boil
- Turn heat down to a simmer, add 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and 4 sprigs of cilantro
- Let simmer for 5 minutes
- Turn off and let cool
- Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, sake, coriander simple syrup, yuzu juice and soda water
- Gently stir to mix
- In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube
- Strain drink into glass
- Top with a lemon twist
