Ingredients
2 oz whiskey
1 oz mint liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger
fresh mint
1 cup ice
Steps
- Add one cup of ice into a blender.
- In a large bowl, beat together heavy cream and sugar by hand or with a stand mixer until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold mascarpone into the cream until combined.
- Layer 1 tablespoon of crumbled snack, followed by 1 tablespoon fudge and then 1 tablespoon cream mixture in a small dish or cup.
- Repeat until dish is full (2 to 3 layers depending on size).
- Finish with a layer of the cream mixture.
- Garnish with chip, pretzel and brownie crumbles.
